The South Asian Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition Congress (SAPEN-CON 2025) was successfully organized in association with IAPEN India – Delhi Chapter, bringing together clinicians, nutrition physicians, dietitians, intensivists, surgeons, and researchers from across South Asia.
The summit served as a dynamic platform to discuss evidence-based practices, innovations, and regional challenges in parenteral and enteral nutrition. Scientific sessions highlighted advances in clinical nutrition support, critical care nutrition, metabolic management, and multidisciplinary collaboration, with a strong focus on translating global guidelines into South Asian healthcare settings.
